The service in our room was really good; our suite was luxurious and comfortable. The hotel's fitness center, although busy with a trendy crowd, had great equipment. The breakfast at the restaurant was excellent, and the wait staff at the bar were attentive. The hotel's location allowed for an easy walk to Parliament and the old town area. I highly recommend this hotel.

Nothing could have been better.

We loved the comfortable beds and linens, and the in-room air conditioner worked quickly to keep us at a comfortable temperature. The executive lounge offered a great experience with a spacious layout and high-level concierge service. The free internet provided was fast and had good coverage. The hotel's location was convenient, with proximity to the house of parliament and the ministry of defense. Transportation options, such as taxis, were easily accessible. The hotel also had great on-site dining options like La Cucina JW Steakhouse, Champions - a sports bar, and the Vienna Lounge - a coffee and dessert bar. The staff, especially Vanessa at the front desk, were really nice too make our stay enjoyable.

This hotel offers an exclusive and luxurious experience with outstanding amenities and services. the spa & wellness center, indoor swimming pool, and sauna are truly outstanding. the leisure/TV room is a relaxing and comfortable area to unwind. the restaurant offers top, notch cuisine with fresh and delicious dishes.

The parking service is not up to the hotel's high standards. Guests are charged per hour for parking and must activate their daily ticket themselves, which can be a frustrating experience.
