The service in our room was exceptional; our suite was luxurious and comfortable. The hotel's fitness center, although busy with a trendy crowd, had top-notch equipment. The breakfast at the restaurant was excellent, and the wait staff at the bar were friendly and attentive. The hotel's location allowed for an easy walk to Parliament and the old town area. I highly recommend this hotel.

Nothing could have been better.

We loved how close this hotel was to the Glass Museum, making it very convenient for us to visit. The staff were extremely helpful and gave us great suggestions for things to do in the area. Our room was spacious and clean, with comfortable beds. The hotel was also very quiet, ensuring a peaceful stay. Additionally, the presence of outlets at the desk and nightstands made it easy for us to charge our devices.

The hotel's proximity to the airport, beach, and highway to Old San Juan made it incredibly accessible, making it an ideal choice for travelers.

This hotel offers an exclusive and luxurious experience with outstanding amenities and services. the spa & wellness center, indoor swimming pool, and sauna are truly outstanding. the leisure/TV room is a relaxing and comfortable area to unwind. the restaurant offers top, notch cuisine with fresh and delicious dishes.

The parking service is not up to the hotel's high standards. Guests are charged per hour for parking and must activate their daily ticket themselves, which can be a frustrating experience.
